We collect: account information you provide (such as name, email, and login credentials); chatbot and knowledge data you add (services, FAQs, files, website content) and the conversation data generated by your AI assistant; billing information needed to process payments; support communications you send us; and usage data such as device identifiers, IP address, and how you interact with the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to operate and improve the Service, train your AI assistant on your knowledge, deliver conversations and leads, process payments and subscriptions, provide customer support, and protect against fraud and abuse. Our legal bases include performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the Service, your consent where applicable, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely with encryption at rest and per-business isolation. Access is restricted to authorised systems and personnel needed to run the Service.

5. AI Processing

To generate responses, relevant business knowledge and messages are processed by AI models. This processing is used only to operate your assistant.

6. Sharing & Payment Processing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the recipients needed to run the platform, including: service providers and subprocessors (such as hosting, analytics, and support tooling); and Paddle.com, our payment processor and Merchant of Record, who handles the sale of our products, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing. We may also disclose data to professional advisers or authorities where required by law.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet our legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Your Rights

You may access, update, or request deletion of your data, and depending on your location may have additional rights such as restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Contact us and we will assist with any privacy request.
