1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be happy with BotLance. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases. If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
2. How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team. Each request is reviewed by the BotLance team before it is approved.
3. When a Refund May Be Denied
We may decline a refund request in cases of fraud, abuse of the Service, chargeback abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service. Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops all future billing, but it does not automatically refund payments already made for the current or previous billing periods. Refunds for past payments are handled under the money-back guarantee above.
5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider and Paddle's standard processing times.
